Time to Remove Barry, Holder and Napolitano
To all reading this post:
I said in May that I was done with my political activism, due in large part to the silence and seeming indifference on the part of the American people to act. I still feel that way. However, in light of Barry’s decision to halt deportations of countless illegals, I must “reactivate” myself, at least for this time. I believe if we do not force Congress to remove him as well as Attorney General Eric Holder and the lesbo Janet Incompetano from her Homeland Security position, we will likely be finished as a nation.
I just finished sending a two page letter to House Judiciary Chairman Lamar Smith’s offices in both DC and Texas to launch impeachment proceedings against our bogus POTUS without delay. I copied my Congressman, Pete Visclosky, as well as the useless Speaker John Boehner and Majority Leader Eric Cantor and have pasted it at the end of this post in case you would like to use it to contact your own Congressmen.
I have intentionally left out my two U.S. senators right now because according to the U.S. Constitution, impeachments begin in the U.S. House. If the House approves of articles of impeachment, then we’ll get the senators going in separate correspondence.
To contact your Congressmen and women, go here and then follow the links to get to your reps. If you plan to contact them before Labor Day, and I fully urge you to so, reach them at their district offices since members of Congress are currently in recess. And make sure a copy of your letter goes to Chairman Smith. I sent mine directly to him with a CC to my Congressman, Peter Visclosky.
Below is what I sent. Feel free to modify it to suit your own tastes but do not threaten any lives in your correspondence – not only is that counterproductive, it is obviously illegal and you may well get the Secret Service or some other federal police agency on your doorstep. We may all want to see the usurper removed in the worst way but urging violence against Congress if they don’t act serves to help no one.
Personally speaking, I would love to see Congress impeach and remove Barry, Holder and Incompetano (Dufus, Dork and Dyke) and then order them to face a military firing squad for their seditious conduct. But don’t you say what you will personally do, if you have such intent, because that can get you in trouble.
If you want to share with me what you wrote, copy and paste the contents into the comments section at the end. Please make sure, however, when you write your Congressman, you post your full mailing address. Your e-mail address is optional but I always post it, despite the fact that most communications I have with my lawmakers is thru fax, which is preferable to e-mail. You can leave your mailing address off in your comments to this post but if you’d like a personal reply, add your e-mail account. I’d be happy to write you back.
Spread the Word. These stooges must go.
Congressman Lamar Smith
Chairman, House Judiciary

Dear Congressman Smith:
It is with grave urgency that I write you today. As the chairman of the House Judiciary, you have the capacity to wield a lot of clout. It is in that capacity that I urge you to fully use your power and influence by initiating articles of impeachment against Barry Soetoro, AKA Barack Obama, putative president of the United States and also Eric Holder, U.S. Attorney General, and Janet Napolitano, director of Homeland Security. I would also file charges to expel Congressman Luis Gutierrez of Illinois for his joint seditious conduct with America’s bogus POTUS. The U.S. Senate should do similarly against Sen. Dick Durbin, also of Illinois, for his equally treacherous behavior.
I know you know by now of the executive order issued this past Thursday by this man. I’m referring to the decision to allow “non-violent“ lawbreakers and trespassers to escape deportation and eventually become U.S. citizens while violent criminals, however defined, get deported.
It obviously goes without saying that every illegal alien currently residing in this country is already a criminal by virtue of coming here without an official order to do so. So now we’re going to reward them, assuming they have no violent record, with schooling, jobs, citizenship and more, all without an act of Congress. I’m absolutely beside myself. This is completely wrong!
I don’t know how much Internet you are utilizing while you and the rest of Congress are in recess but if you have time, I suggest you read some of the news articles that allow the public to post comments. I can tell you with no uncertainty that at least 80% (a very conservative estimate) of the posters are absolutely livid with Barry’s decision. In fact, I’d say the numbers are closer to 90%. The American people do not want this, period.
There are two Fox News stories on this and at last count, the number of posters was approaching 19,000. Most of the few Obama supporters agreeing with him make no compelling argument for this decision. It absolutely warrants his removal as well as that of Holder and Miss Incompetano. This decision is seditious, treasonous and impeachable. And by and large, Americans want Congress to act against this man and this administration, despite Congress’s low approval rating.
It is unconscionable that Congress has thus far refused to impeach or otherwise remove this man from office. Here are a few examples of constitutional misconduct that warrant Barry’s removal but for which Congress has looked the other way:
- His fraudulent Hawaiian birth certificate and use of a Connecticut Soc. Sec. number
- His fraudulent Secret Service registration
- His refusal to defend the Defense of Marriage Act
- His decision to try Islamic terrorists in U.S. courts instead of military brigs
- His decision to close Guantanamo Bay and put terrorists in U.S. prisons
- His decision to go declare war on Libya without Congressional authorization
- His lawsuits opposing Arizona’s and Alabama’s bills against illegal immigration
- His lawsuits against Indiana, Kansas and others for restricting abortion funding
- Operation Fast and Furious
- Obamacare and forcing us under penalty of law to buy health insurance
And now the granddaddy of them all, willful failure to enforce federal immigration law and instead granting those who willfully broke our laws legal status. This constitutes treason, an offense which our Founding Fathers declared to be worthy of impeachment. Barry has crossed that line.
So, Rep. Smith, if none of these crimes are impeachable, then millions of Americans must know what are. Look, you were in Congress when Bill Clinton was impeached and you know damn well he was impeached for far less than what the current occupant in the Oval Office has committed. The willful refusal to obey and follow U.S. immigration law is arguably felonious, don’t you agree?
Congress’s blatant refusal to investigate Barry’s Kenyan citizenship is just as treasonous as to what he has done. The American people know by and large, even if you guys stubbornly refuse to admit and look into it, that Barry is an illegal and that Congress and the courts are giving him a pass in that regard. We know that birth certificate released in late April was as phony as a $7 bill.
It is thoroughly unacceptable that Congress is refusing to take action against Barry because he is black and because blacks may riot. Skin color and race are fully irrelevant here. The numerous crimes Barry has committed, plus the highly questionable, if not outright false, matter of his foreign citizenship absolutely necessitates his removal. This matter is open and shut.
Barry has called on Congress to return early to go to work for the American people. He’s right. Congress needs to return now, not after Labor Day, to start hearings to remove him. Come Monday morning, you need to call fellow members of the Judiciary Committee, particularly those in your own party, as well as Speaker Boehner and Majority Leader Cantor, to advise them of the urgency to return to Washington and that impeachment proceedings must commence promptly.
If after all these arguably impeachable crimes Congress still decides to refrain from seeking Barry’s exit, then We the People must do the unprecedented and force you and Congress to act. If that means we go in unprecedented numbers to DC, by tens of millions of Americans, despite the economic decimation of so many of us patriots and our lack of finances and time to go, then we must. If that means we stand outside every district and state office of all 535 senators and Congressmen (for those of us who cannot physically go to Washington) to compel them to act, then we must. If that means committing acts of civil disobedience, then we must. We cannot allow our country to rot at the expense of one man and a legislative body’s decision to ignore his crimes. This nation is bigger than Barry Soetoro. Congress’s perpetual ignoring of our letters, faxes, e-mails and calls to act has forced us to the brink. Our country must be saved at all cost.
As you well know, Congressman, presidents have historically been viewed as the consummate examples of patriotism, character and integrity. When a president abdicates those traits, it sends a message that it’s OK to break laws, with or without impunity. This president, a dubious one at best, has done that countless times throughout his life, both public and private. To refuse to indict him for his numerous crimes tells Americans, particularly young impressionable ones, that the high and mighty and privileged are immune from being prosecuted for wrongdoing. If you and Congress refuse to step up to the plate now, you all are just as guilty by being complicit with him.
I love my country but I hate what is being done to it. As a result, we must do our part to stop the hemorrhaging. Please, I beg of you, do the right thing now and launch Barry’s impeachment. We cannot wait til Nov. 2012 for the country to heal. It must begin now and it must begin with you and the Judiciary Committee. God bless America.
